Three Ways You Can Sell Your Book Online By Being A Resource for Others

At PageMaster Publication Services we want to see you succeed in your goals for the sale of your books. With advances in technology there are avenues open that weren’t available 5 years ago.  On the information superhighway there’s a thirst for more information. Having written a book, you may be the solution other people are looking for.

Bloggers, podcasters, online radio, webinar and web TV hosts are often ready to lend their audience to others. Even if they don’t have a huge audience, they may be willing to provide you with copies of what they do which can be great resources for you to syndicate through your own network. Here are some things to consider when you approach possible:

    • bloggers,
    • podcasts, and
    • webinars or WebTV online.

    What is the focus of the blog/podcast/webinar/WebTV?

    How does my book benefit the blog’s/podcast’s/webinar’s/WebTV constituency?

    Does the blog have guest blogging possibilities?

    Does the blog/podcast/webinar/WebTV do reviews of books like mine?

    Can I use the recording again for myself?

    How can I promote my appearance on the blog/podcast/webinar?

    Honestly, the more you can bring to the table, the more excited online producers are going to be to work with you. If you let them know you’ll tell your newsletter subscribers about it or Tweet the interview or mention it on Facebook, they’ll be more eager to consider you.
