October, 2001 – An Edmonton, Alberta publishing company has officially put its mark in book production with the release copies of Beach Holme Publishing’s latest book, North of the Equator by Cyril Dabydeen.
PageMaster Publication Services Inc., created in 1996 by owner Dale Youngman has, until now, provided desktop publishing and film for several Edmonton businesses.
North of the Equator was the first book that PageMaster printed and bound inhouse, a pebble in the pond which led the small Edmonton company to jump in to the pool of short-run book production.
