Should I Be Thinking About Doing A Book Project?

Here’s a question we got from one of our artists and PageMaster Sites Clients.

I know that I have to learn to walk before I can start to run BUT in the back of my mind, for some time, has been the desire to write a small inspirational book. Years ago I had thought about Haiku and Photos …. but now I think “simple words of wisdom” and photos. Chances are the costs would be huge for a project like this but I thought I’d toss out the question …. just in case … some day

Now you’re thinking like a blogging business. The best way to make money online is to create your own content. Be creative in how you do it. Printing the book with photos can be expensive, but check into the prices (We’d need to know # of pages, # of pictures, trim size and books ordered in order to give you an accurate estimate.)

But another option to consider is an eBook. It could be a give-away on your site to get people to sign up for your newsletter or it could be an item for sale. Picture heavy ebooks are a bit harder to manage because of the file size – some people can’t easily download them, but it’s not a deal breaker.
