Printing
Color
Two production level digital colour printers handle up to 12”x18” (HP 8500dn, Xerox 7700). For flyers and newsletters we utilize our Riso GR3750 with spot red and blue available.
B &W
Current black and white capacity is 100 letter pages/minute distributed over three 11.7”x17.7” production printers (HP 8150dn, HP 8100dn, Mita 3600dp). For multiple copies of one original our Riso digital duplicator shines at 130 ppm.
On Demand
Enjoy the enhanced quality of direct printing the quantities you need. Use on-demand for mock-ups, market testing, reducing inventory, personalization, current reports and reducing risk. On demand is also fast. A bound book can be in your hands in a week. All of PageMaster’s production printers have duplexing ability, minimizing collation and handling.
Binding
Perfect binding, coil binding, saddle stitching and shrink wrapping are fi nishing services available in-house for your publication. Small quantities are both high quality and affordable with our Horizon BQ 140 perfect binder. Our bindery also includes a Sprint 5000 booklet maker for efficient saddle stitched magazines and booklets.
Perfect Binding
For paperback books our Standard Horizon BQ-140 produces up to 150 top-quality books per hour. It features a dynamically-adjusting nipping clamp and double-pass notching to facilitate adhesive penetration for strong, lasting binds. Maximum binding thickness is 1.2”. Minimum book size 5.8” x 4.1”. Maximum book size is 11.8” (spine) x 15.7”.

Stitched
For magazines, booklets and newsletters our Sprint 5000 jogs, folds, and staples in one operation. It is capable of corner, side, and saddle stapling. Paper size: 5.5” x 8” to 11.5” x 17.5”. Two stapling heads. Maximum 22 sheets (88 pages 20# bond/50# book).
Coil
For journals and cookbooks our Rhinotuff uses Plastikoil 4:1 pitch in a variety of colours.
Folder
Our AB Dick 87 air feed rises to the challenge and will handle anything our printers can throw at it.
Shrink Wrapping
For course packs and mixed media packs our Seal & Shrink with tunnel keeps it all together.
