Standard Sizes for Printing Cards
PageMaster is able to print a wide range of cards, from art cards that promote an artists’ work to greeting cards or promotional “postcards” for your next event. Knowing these standard sizes will help you when designing your cards, and will keep costs down, too, as these are sizes we have done many times, thus requiring less work to print.
Greeting Cards
Size: Folded to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Envelope used: A2 envelope. 4 3/8 x 5 3/4
Clear bags: 5 7/8 x 4 1/2
Art Cards
Size: folded to 5×7
Envelope used: 5 1/4 x 7 1/4
Clear bags: 5 7/16 x 7 1/4
Square Cards
Size: folded to 5.75 x 5.75
Envelope used: 6 x 6
Clear bags: 6.25 x 6.25
Horizontal Cards
Size: 9.25×8 (folded to 9.25×4)
Envelope used: #10 envelopes
Clear bags: 4 5/16 x 9 9/16
